Hi, I am so glad you're here. I am an educator living in Ogden, UT. And I love flowers, poetry, art and community work. This website is where I post all the things I'm working on, thinking about and want to share with you all.
As I look around the world and see a landscape of consumption and absorbing information, I want to slow down and create instead. This space is my attempt to trade endless scrolling for making, to answer the noise with something thoughtful, and to give flowers and other discarded objects a second chance. Stop just consuming and start creating and preserving what is already special and beautiful.
"Life full of consumption... so she creates"

Our world is a messy and broken place, and although hope doesn't take that brokenness away, I believe it is such a beautiful and powerful tool to hold on to.
I love hearing others stories and have a desire to work with the community in creating an art piece that reflects the voices of our city and their experiences with hope.
Join me in this project by add your thoughts about hope in my little journal that is circulating around local coffee shops. You may also click this link to add your voice and share a picture of what hope looks like to you. Thank you :)
I love flowers and working with both fresh and dried. However, I more so work with dried flowers making arrangements, wreaths, framing pressed flowers and making flower confetti. I love to give flowers a second life and my home is always filled with them.

If your heart delights in handmade treasures, I’d love for you to wander through my little Etsy garden. There you’ll find blooms of creativity—pieces gathered and shaped with care, like petals pressed between the pages of a favorite book.
